  • Munich’s commercial real estate investment market is well-established and active. Munich also benefits from relatively high wealth and ranks third in Europe for consumer spending per capita.
  • Malmö ranks 33rd in the overall city index but sits 3rd for investment as 2016 saw an active investment market in Malmö, with a temporary low level of new supply. The city ranks relatively highly for purchasing power and has a growing population.
